Ingredients
200 g · Dark chocolate
100 g · Butter
200 g · Sugar
4 g · Baking powder
15 g · Sour cream
4 · Medium eggs
50 g · Wheat flour
A splash · Mineral water
A pinch · Salt
50 g · Any kind of nuts, raisins (optional)
Process
Pre-heat your oven to 180º C (~365º F);
Melt chocolate, butter and sugar together;
Mix the baking powder with the sour cream;
Crack the eggs into the chocolate mass, pour in the sour cream and baking powder mixture, flour;
Add a splash of mineral water;
Add a pinch of salt;
Optional.
Add nuts, raisins and mix;
Bake the cake for around 40 minutes.
Notes
The mineral water helps the cake become airy.
