Chocolate cake

Ingredients

Process

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180º C (~365º F);
  2. Melt chocolate, butter and sugar together;
  3. Mix the baking powder with the sour cream;
  4. Crack the eggs into the chocolate mass, pour in the sour cream and baking powder mixture, flour;
  5. Add a splash of mineral water;
  6. Add a pinch of salt;
  7. Optional. Add nuts, raisins and mix;
  8. Bake the cake for around 40 minutes.
